Official Language

The Hindi Division of this Department is working under the supervision of Economic Advisor and to assist him at present there are one Joint Director (OL), one Assistant Director (OL), One Consultant (Hindi), ONE Senior Translator and ONE Junior Translator along with 2 Stenographers. Hindi Division is responsible for entire translation work of the Department and Implementation of Official Language Policy of the Govt. of India in the Department as well as its attached and subordinate offices and their field organizations. To perform its responsibilities HINDI DIVISION is engaged in various activities as directed by Department of Official Language.
