The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 was published in the official gazette on 09th August, 2019 for general information.Certain Regulations are required to be notified under the new Act. Views/comments/suggestions are invited from the stakeholders ( in word format) on the following draft regulations latest by 28th January, 2020:
