Subject: Regulations to be notified under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019- comments from Stakeholders on the draft Regulations-reg.
The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 was published in the official gazette on 09th August, 2019 for general information.Certain Regulations are required to be notified under the new Act. Views/comments/suggestions are invited from the stakeholders on the draft regulations relating to mediation latest by 13th December, 2019.
