All references relating to administrative matters of BIS such as
i) Appointment to the posts in the BIS at the level of DDG and above
ii) Creation of posts in BIS
iii) Delegation for attending the meetings of ISO and IEC etc. abroad
iv)Others matters as are referred by BIS to Govt. of India.
